The leader of the Malawi First party, Bon Kalindo, has arrived at the Katoto Stadium where he will be participating in the planned demonstrations.
Mr. Kalindo said that he is from Malawi and that these demonstrations are also being organized by Malawians, which is why he decided to join the demonstrations in Mzuzu.
He said that he is not happy with the increase in prices of goods and that the MEC branch is using the smartmaric system in the elections.
Mr. Kalindo also said that the demonstrations are peaceful because they only want to send a message to the government about the problems that exist in the country.
